Home Sweet Home… Is where I can find all my stuff!
I don’t mind travelling but I’d rather not live out of a suitcase. A post about the events of the weekend is posted on the Artisan blog.
So, I’ve come home to over 600 emails between the two blogs and so… I’m wimping out folks. Gonna clear all but the direct messages and start fresh. If y’all weren’t so damn productive I wouldn’t have to raise the white flag!
My weekend went exceptionally well personally and professionally and I hope all is well in your parts of the world.

Off grid (mostly) for a weekend of getting myself gathered and centred again. Still missing my Papasan but the business of living is a very good balm.

The Needler’s Retreat 2015 begins this afternoon at 5:00pm. We will be having our usual private soirée with the official troublemakers and lovers of non-dairy creamer (Bailey’s) an hour or two ahead of that. I love these gals and it’s a treat to spend time away from all other concerns and be immersed in the craft we all love. BFF and I have the ‘honeymoon suite’ again this year. Yes. We really do call it that. You need a ‘backstitch pass sl st over’ to get in with the punk rock purlers 😀
I’ll be back with stories and photos next week and until then happy knitting and don’t ‘ss any knits or p2togs’ that I wouldn’t do!

Super stoked to be able to share this! I was interviewed two weeks ago and the e-magazine just published a few hours ago. Design is what keeps me away from poetry at times, so here’s what I generally keep over on my Geek blog.
I am so excited (thrilled, honoured, humbled) to have been a feature designer on today’s Berroco Designer Spotlight.
Ashley Palumbo, Social Media Director for Berroco Inc. contacted me a few weeks ago to conduct an interview. Ashley saw my “Filigree” scarf pattern, worked in Berroco “Folio” yarn and got in touch with me.

One of the first things I saw this AM and still making me smile – yes, I’ve watched three times already – I am a crazy Mumma Bear for kids.
